Spent the latter half of 2018 working on this new feature length art film for director Alex Da Corte. A series of 57 beautiful scenes for the 57th Carnegie International at the Carnegie Museum in Pittsburgh. A large team of Philly locals worked long and hard on this. I served as cinematographer, producer, AD, editor, and VFX artist/coordinator. PBS’s Art 21 visited the set a few times to shoot this lovely short doc.
Co-directed a music video for King Princess with Clare Gillen! Also served as DP, editor and colorist. Shot in LA with an awesome small team including producer Jake Agger and gaffer/AC Paloma Criollo. Click to read the premiere writeup on Uproxx.
One of my favorite projects with artist/director Alex Da Corte just premiered at the Secession Museum in Vienna. A 12-minute, sad and beautiful film starring Alex himself as Boris Karloff, Frankenstein, and Borlis-Karloff-slash-Frankenstein, scored by Dev Hynes, with original narration by Sam McKinnis. I served as DP, AD, co-producer, and editor. Colored by Kath Raisch. Read more at the museum website.
